How can we make Ontario the healthiest province?

To improve population health, Ontario could learn from leading provinces such as British Columbia, according to a report from the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences.

Leading jurisdictions are guided by an overall health goal and they apply innovative strategies through swift and strong political leadership. The report notes that to be a leader, Ontario should ensure disadvantaged groups are the first to benefit from interventions and that they make the greatest gains.
