Getting Your Community Garden Project off the Ground (while staying rooted)
This presentation was facilitated by Emma Rooney, a Toronto Master Gardener and program manager for Greenest City, as well as a group of Grey County Master Gardeners and staff from the Canadian Mental Health Association, Grey Bruce Branch. It includes an introduction to a variety of garden resources and shares their experiences working in community gardens. The presentation is intended to support program leaders to identify available assets for your project, manage expectations for everyone involved and deal effectively with conflict in garden settings.
